The umbrella file for reported alien-presence cases that do not specify or do not match the named morphologies.

As a typology, the extra-terrestrial entry is defined less by a single morphology than by an origin claim: that the reported intelligence comes from beyond Earth. It gathers the accounts that resist tidier classification — encounters where the witness describes a being or presence that fits none of the established forms, or describes too little to place. The category is therefore broad by design, and it carries the widest range of evidential weight, from multiple-witness sightings with physical trace to solitary testimony recorded long after the fact.

The cultural trail here is the oldest and most diffuse, running from antiquity’s accounts of visitors from the sky through the twentieth-century contactee movement to the present discourse around non-human intelligence. Much of it is testimony rather than documentation, and we mark that distinction plainly.

We do not adjudicate whether extra-terrestrials exist. We catalogue what is reported — by whom, when, and where — and we cite the documentary trail behind every entry. Where a case can be placed into a specific morphology, it is filed there; what remains here is the unclassified remainder, held to the same evidential standard as all else.
